This policy explains what information Sonshines Sovereign Solutions LLC ("we", "us") collects through sonshinessolutions.com, how we use it and the choices you have. It applies to this website and to calls, emails and text messages connected to it.

Information we collect

• Information you give us. When you fill out a form we collect what you enter, such as your name, email, phone number, organization, service address or city, project details, timeline and how you heard about us.
• Calls, emails and texts. If you contact us, we keep a record of the conversation so we can follow up on your request.
• Website usage. If analytics or advertising tools are turned on, they collect information such as pages viewed, links clicked, device and browser type, general location based on IP address, and how you arrived at the site. These tools use cookies and similar technologies, described below.

How we use information

• To respond to your request, prepare quotes, schedule and deliver work and follow up afterward.
• To send the text messages you agreed to receive (see "Text messages" below).
• To understand how the site is used and improve it.
• To measure whether our advertising works and to show our ads to people who have visited the site.
• To keep records and meet legal requirements.

Text messages

We only text you if you check the text message consent box on one of our forms or otherwise agree to receive texts. Messages relate to your request, such as quotes, scheduling and project updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop receiving texts or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or text message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. The categories of sharing described below exclude text messaging opt-in data and consent; that information is not shared with any third parties.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run our business:

• Service providers who work for us, such as our customer management and messaging platform, website hosting, email, and analytics or advertising providers. They may use the information only to provide services to us.
• Legal reasons, when required by law or to protect our rights, our customers or the public.
• Business changes, if the business is reorganized, merged or sold.

Cookies and similar technologies

• Essential. Remembering choices you make on the site, such as your cookie preferences.
• Analytics. Tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Microsoft Clarity help us see which pages are useful and where visitors get stuck. Clarity may record anonymized page interactions such as clicks and scrolling; it does not capture what you type into forms.
• Advertising. Tools such as the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Google Ads help us measure ad results and reach people who have visited the site.

• You can opt out of marketing emails with the unsubscribe link in any email, and out of texts by replying STOP.
• Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights under state law. Contact us and we will respond as the law requires.

How long we keep information

We keep information for as long as we need it to serve you, keep business records and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.
